Years of Experience - 1- 4 yrs

Education Qualification - Any Graduate; MBA in HR would be desirable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level /Leadership hiring

• Creating Job Descriptions as per requirement

• Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications

• Generation and maintenance of various trackers & reports

·         Develop pool of qualified candidates

·         Take care of day to day HR activities/operations

·         Grievance handling

Critical Skills

·         Well versed with various recruitment tools (including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook, Free Job Sites etc)

·         Good communication skills

·         Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented

·         Should be able to capture and maintain data

Desired Skills

·         Experience in a Sales driven organization (Pharma/BFSI/Telecom/FMCG/Insurance/Real Estate/Banking)
