Position- HR Executive (Recruitment to Exit)

Location- Marol, Andheri

Key Responsibilities:

1)Assist with full-cycle recruitment including posting job requirements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks;

2)Process new hire documentation and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees;

Process employee separations, conduct exit interviews and maintain documentation;

3)Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements;

Administer Insurance / Employee benefits programs;

4)Handle employee relations issues and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality;

Coordinate training and development initiatives;

5)Assist with employee engagement activities and company events;

6)Provide administrative support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year of experience in human resources;

Knowledge of HR practices, labour law, and regulatory compliances;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
