Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Write and post job descriptions on various platforms
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience hiring for [Finance, Education sales and healthcare]
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
