Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

• Provide timely feedback to candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience

• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role

• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience hiring for [Finance, Education sales and healthcare]

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
