Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support core HR operations: documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance
• Conduct regular field visits PAN India for audits, hiring drives, and employee engagement
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for regional teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across locations
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related field
