About the Role:

We are hiring a dedicated and experienced Female HR Recruiter with a proven track record in hiring Doctors and Medical Faculty for medical colleges. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for teaching roles such as Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Senior Residents across multiple locations in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle for medical faculty positions

• Source and approach candidates with relevant clinical and academic backgrounds

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with departmental heads and leadership

• Build a robust database/pipeline of potential faculty for future requirements

• Assist in smooth onboarding and joining formalities

• Maintain updated and accurate recruitment MIS and documentation

• Ensure all hiring is done within defined timelines

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar HR Recruiter role (medical or healthcare preferred)

• Education: Graduate in any stream (HR certification is a plus)

• Location Preference: Candidates based in Mumbai or nearby suburbs

Work Coverage Area:

• Recruitment responsibilities will span multiple medical colleges across Mumbai

• Must be proactive, adaptable, and ready to handle urgent coordination and follow-ups
