Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter / Executive to join our growing team at UrbanStandz Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in [you can add your industry, e.g., real estate, staffing, tech services, etc.]. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting core HR activities to help build a productive and motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Duties:

Understand hiring requirements from various departments.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.

Follow up with selected candidates through the onboarding process.

HR Executive Duties:

Assist in employee onboarding documentation and induction processes.

Maintain employee records and attendance.

Support payroll processing with attendance and leave tracking.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, or salary slips.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.

Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, etc.).

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

0.6 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.

Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
