Job Title: Blue Collar Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Recruiter with experience in blue-collar hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding blue-collar workers.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and field recruitment to attract candidates.

Screening & Selection: Conduct interviews, assess skills, and ensure candidates meet job requirements.

Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring targets.

Database Management: Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper background checks, document verification, and compliance with labor laws.

Onboarding Support:

Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 years in blue-collar recruitment, preferred

Skills:

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels.

Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.

Familiarity with labor laws and compliance.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment.

Knowledge of recruitment tools and databases.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
