Taizo Technologies Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of HR Recruiter at our Chennai office (Taramani location). We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Coordinating with clients and understanding their hiring requirements

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Following up with candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment or consultancy preferred

• Advantage for candidates who have recruited for the auto component manufacturing sector (e.g., CNC/VMC operators)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Freshers with a keen interest in HR are also welcome to apply
