Engaging with candidates throughout the hiring journey, they provide updates and maintain a positive candidate experience. Collaborating with hiring managers, they align recruitment strategies with business needs. They also participate in employer branding by promoting job opportunities on social media and networking events. Maintaining compliance with employment laws, they ensure fair hiring practices. Keeping detailed records, they track recruitment metrics and hiring performance. Their role is essential in building a strong workforce that supports the company’s overall success.
