📍 Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle across various levels and domains

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closures of open positions

• Coordinate with clients/internal teams regarding hiring needs and updates

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment
