Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle

recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting candidates,

evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing hiring

paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions in collaboration

with hiring managers

• Source candidates through various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.)

• Screen resumes and applications

• Conduct initial phone/video interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

• Handle offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding formalities

• Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards

• Build a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy) is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job portals

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
