Source and attract candidates using various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals).
Screen resumes and job applications based on job requirements.
Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Build relationships with potential candidates and passive talent pools.
Assist in onboarding activities and documentation for selected candidates.
Stay updated with current recruiting trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Experience in bulk or mass hiring is a plus.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring practices.
Ability to handle white- and blue-collar hiring.
