Manage end-to-end recruitment for field and support roles
Execute bulk hiring drives for large-scale community or outreach projects
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and field visits
Conduct interviews and coordinate with internal teams for selection
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires
Support HR documentation and compliance processes
Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in NGO or development sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
Willingness to travel if required for hiring campaigns
