HR Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field and support roles

• Execute bulk hiring drives for large-scale community or outreach projects

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and field visits

• Conduct interviews and coordinate with internal teams for selection

• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions

• Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
