Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 🎓
- 4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting 📈
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies 💻
- Excellent sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and job boards 📊
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts or job requisitions 📈
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 💬

Preferred Skills:
