Key Responsibilities:-
1) Candidate Sourcing and Outreach:
a) Conduct field visits to various locations (Placement agency / NGO / Warehouse) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
b) Utilize multiple recruiting methods such as job fairs, community events, networking, social media & colleges to attract candidates.
c) Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
2) Screening and Interviewing:
a) Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
b) Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, as necessary.
c) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
3) Relationship Management:
a) Build and maintain strong relationships with local organizations, educational institutions, and other community resources to support recruitment efforts.
b) Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
4) Recruitment Strategy:
a) Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to the field locations.
b) Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
c) Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
5) Compliance and Documentation:
a) Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
b) Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
1) Education:
a) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
b) Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2) Experience:
a) Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on field recruiting preferred.
b) Experience in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition.
3) Skills:
a) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
b) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
c) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
d) Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
e) Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
