HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in hiring inside sales representatives, telecallers, and telesales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the sales hiring lifecycle and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-performing sales talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for inside sales, telecaller, and telesales roles using job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, sales aptitude, and job fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide end-to-end recruitment support.

• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.

• Partner with sales managers to understand hiring requirements and refine job specifications.

• Prepare and present weekly hiring reports and metrics.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Support onboarding formalities and smooth handover to the HR operations team.
