HR Recruiter

• Understand job requirements and develop talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and campus drives.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic or video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
