HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for multiple roles (IT/Non-IT/Tech/Sales/Operations, etc.)

• Understand job requirements by working closely with hiring managers or clients

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal database, and referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

• Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports

• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or MBA preferred) pursuing Bachelors and masters also applicable

• 1–6 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)

• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools

• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring trends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities

• Experience in stakeholder or client coordination is a plus
