Position: HR Recruiter

Location: NovaVente Limited, Unit 307 & 308, 3rd Floor, Building 3, Sector 3, Millennium Business Park (MBP), Mahape, Navi Mumbai – 400710.

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: From job postings to offer negotiations—source, screen, and secure top talent.

Seamless Onboarding: Ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped to succeed.

Employee Records Management: Keep accurate records to support HR operations.

Administrative Support: Manage office supplies, assist departments, and handle HR admin tasks.

Employee Engagement: Organize activities and programs to nurture a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Min 6 month of recruitment experience.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media recruitment platforms.
