Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to hiring top talent. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company website

• Source and screen candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding

• Promote employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience

• Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and report to HR leadership

• Stay up to date with labor laws and hiring best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases

• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, etc.)

• Excellent communication and decision-making skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
