HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Recruitment, Administration, Payroll, and Attendance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

• Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.

• Support day-to-day administrative operations and office management.

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR roles with knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and admin functions.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with attendance and payroll software is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working

• Fixed Weekly Off
