•Roles & Responsibilities of Hr:👇•

1.Hiring candidates as per the Job Description.

2.Dealing with end-to-end recruitment.

3.Hiring candidates for the Banking Sector, Insurance Sector, BPO, KPO, IT, and Corporate Sectors.

4.Doing daily Line-ups and Follow up with the candidates to come for in-house interviews in our office.

5.Coordinating the daily Interviews over the phone & coordinating with the candidates related to Joining and documentation.

6.Sourcing candidates of varied positions from different sources, and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Times, and Monster as per the given requirements.

7.Screening candidate's resumes and taking telephonic interviews, Taking Face to Face or Virtual Interviews.

8.Following up with shortlisted candidates. Maintaining reports on a daily and monthly basis & maintaining candidates’ data in a daily tracker for future reference.

9.Coordinating with Hr and candidates for feedback, issuing the offer letter, Salary Negotiation & Joining Dates for candidates.

10.Doing all the On-Boarding processes & and joining formalities.
