HR Recruiter

• Act as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end for clients, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.

• Handle employee relations issues across client accounts, conduct investigations, and recommend action plans.

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Advise clients on HR policies, labor regulations, and process improvements.

• Administer benefits programs and coordinate with providers on behalf of clients.

• Assist with HR audits, compliance checks, and reporting.

• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., payroll, legal, finance) to ensure client needs are met.

• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or agency role.

• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and practices.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and handling competing priorities.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Paychex) and MS Office Suite.
