Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the full

recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and

hiring great employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in

recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of various

recruitment platforms and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding.

 Collaborate with managers to create and update job descriptions.

 Utilize diverse sourcing channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus

hiring).

 Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

 Craft outreach messages to engage passive candidates.

 Post job ads across multiple platforms and internal channels.

 Screen applications, conduct interviews, and administer assessments.

 Coordinate interviews and communicate feedback.

 Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

 Manage job offers and respond to candidate inquiries.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.

 Support new hires during onboarding and integration.

 Align recruitment efforts with business needs and workforce planning.

 Maintain ATS records and track recruitment metrics for reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

 Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.

 Proficient in sourcing techniques, ATS usage, and managing resume databases.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong judgment and decision-making abilities.

 Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
