We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of experience and an MBA in HR to join our manufacturing team. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment for plant-level and support functions, focusing on blue-collar and junior white-collar positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed), social media, campus drives, referrals, and local agencies.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates for skill fit and plant adaptability.
Coordinate technical interviews with line managers and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
Assist in salary discussions and offer rollouts under the guidance of the HR Manager.
Support pre-joining and onboarding formalities, including documentation and induction.
Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and database trackers.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation for audits.
Participate in local hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
