HR Recruiter

Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Junior/Mid-Level)

Experience: 6 months – 2 years
Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements for non-technical roles across departments.

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and direct outreach.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews to assess fitment.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Track recruitment metrics such as candidate pipeline, offer conversions, and time-to-fill.

• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Excel trackers.

• Build and nurture a database of qualified professionals for recurring and bulk hiring needs.

• Collaborate with external vendors or recruitment agencies when needed.

• Ensure timely communication and a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation collection for selected candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT or bulk hiring).

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs, Indeed, etc.

• Good understanding of blue-collar, white-collar, or frontline hiring dynamics.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience working with ATS or recruitment databases is an advantage.
