Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying hiring needs, attracting suitable candidates through various channels, screening, and coordinating the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders

• Create and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career portals

• Source potential candidates using databases, job portals and referrals

• Conduct initial screening (telephonic/video) and evaluate candidates’ qualifications

• Schedule interviews and follow up with hiring managers and candidates

• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker

• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with HR team to improve hiring strategies and employer branding
