Position – Recruiter
Location – Dubai

Roles and responsibilities:
• Proven experience as an end-to-end IT and non-IT Recruiter.
• Good understanding of technical skills and industry needs.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure.
• Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management.
• Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open-source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Expertise in various sourcing techniques.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results
