HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to support the full recruitment cycle and help us build a strong workforce, hiring on an immediate basis.

A 6-month internship preceded by employee confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panels

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms

• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and documentation

• Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and reporting

Who Can Apply:

• Students recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment processes

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. (preferred but not mandatory)
