HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements

• Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website)

• Source and screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments

• Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds

• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Promote company culture and employer brand during all recruiting activities

• Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role (in-house or agency)

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in recruiting for [industry or specific roles, e.g., IT, Sales, Engineering]

• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

• Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS)
