Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR team in recruitment, documentation, attendance tracking, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts: sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files

• Support onboarding and exit formalities

• Draft HR documents including offer letters and HR policies

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs

• Maintain HR MIS reports and records

• Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative HR support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred

• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may apply

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
