We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate

will have at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience and be skilled in sourcing talent

through job portals and coordinating with external recruitment partners.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage

multiple hiring tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed).

• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and partners to meet hiring needs..

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate fit and interest.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring

process.

• Ensure all hiring documentation is completed and properly maintained.

• Provide support to the HR team in executing recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals and applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment assignments independently.

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
