HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, etc.)

• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications

• Conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, in-person) to assess skills, experience, and fit

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

• Develop and post job descriptions and advertisements

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)

• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
