Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process with relevant departments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Manage and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting metrics and progress.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
