Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive / Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a versatile professional who can manage client coordination, lead follow-ups, team coordination, and end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coordination & Lead Handling

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent and professional communication.

• Follow up with potential leads, providing necessary information and converting inquiries into opportunities.

• Maintain a client communication log and ensure timely responses.

Team Coordination & Management

• Act as a bridge between departments and teams to ensure smooth internal communication.

• Organize and conduct regular team meetings to track progress, align goals, and address issues.

• Monitor team performance and ensure task completion as per deadlines.

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing, networking, and headhunting.
