HR Executive (Payroll & Statutory Compliance)
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned locations
· Ensure 100% statutory compliance - PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.
· Handle labor law documentation, audits, and government returns
· Liaise with compliance vendors and ensure legal adherence
· Assist in transitions and support compliance structuring
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong understanding of Indian laws & payroll systems
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable
· + Experience with multi-vendor compliance is an added plus
