HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, administrative, and shop-floor roles.
 Conduct onboarding, induction, and maintain employee records.
 Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
 Organize employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Factory Act, Labour Laws).
 Maintain HR records, manage HRMIS, and support audits.
 Assist in performance appraisals and track key performance indicators.
 Coordinate training and skill development programs.
 Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
 Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
 Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
Key Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering setup.
 Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
 Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work independently in an SME environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience managing HR for both office staff and factory workforce.
 Exposure to ISO standards, safety, and welfare practices.
 Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems.
