Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our company’s HR operations and office administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end human resource activities, ensuring smooth organizational operations, and supporting a healthy workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administration and daily HR operations

• Oversee HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and employee database

• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and statutory compliance

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, onboarding)

• Draft and manage HR policies, letters, and employee communication

• Support employee engagement and grievance redressal

• Coordinate with management on workforce planning and reporting

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in MS Office, payroll software & HRMS tools

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Strong understanding of labour laws and compliance

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
