HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused HR professional to join our team. The Human Resources [Specialist/Manager] will be responsible for supporting or overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.

• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, conflicts, and disciplinary issues professionally and confidentially.

• Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.

• Administer employee benefits and liaise with insurance providers or brokers.

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all HR regulations.

• Assist with payroll processing and time-off tracking, in collaboration with Finance/Payroll departments.

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• Provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Min 1 yrs of HR experience .

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
