As a Manager, you will be involved in various management and operational functions.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Responsible for company strategy formation, planning, business development, policy formation for various departments.
Responsible for Government formalities for Start-up formation, different licenses, formalities, Intellectual Property.
Responsible for planning and execution of events, doing travelling arrangements like tickets, rental car, doing hotel and restaurant reservations.
Responsible for planning, scheduling and promoting events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, functions, seminars and training sessions.
Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of departments and staff members. Responsible for identification of company requirement, placing Ad, hiring process and training of staff.
Responsible for salary calculation of employees and budget allocation for various departments' expenses like office rental, electric and various bills.
