Position Overview:

Recruweb Resources Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and result-driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our recruitment and daily operations. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, target-focused, and excellent at coordination and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Manage complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selection.

Conduct and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews.

•

Liaise with internal departments and external clients for seamless operations.

•

Track and maintain candidate records and hiring status reports.

•

Support onboarding of new hires and resolve operational issues.

•

Suggest and implement improvements in operational and recruitment processes.
