We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, manage employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and foster a productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Manage recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training employees.
Oversee training and development programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of proven experience in an HR role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
