HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, internal transitions, and offboarding

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payments in coordination with finance

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing support and resolving grievances professionally and confidentially

• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with legal and company standards

• Ensure all HR processes are aligned with company policies and employment laws

• Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and employee development programs

• Implement and improve HR processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
