Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, excellent

interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

• Foster a positive working environment and promote company culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role (Minimum 2–5 years).

• People-oriented and results-driven.
