Eventure Softsol Private Limited in Delhi, Chirag Delhi is looking for an experienced HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure legal compliance of the organisation as per state and Central govt. regulations, including applicable employment laws, and revise policies and/or processes as needed.

• Ensure that labor regulations are observed.

• Assist in the administration of benefits, salary, and employee performance programs.

• Assistance in hiring, recruitment, and employee onboarding in an organization.

• Assist in processing payroll and addressing any payroll-related questions or concerns.

• Plan quarterly and annual employee performance evaluations.

• Promote HR initiatives that will lead to a more efficient and conflict-free workplace.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must be a Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as an HR Manager or in similar roles.

• Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Excel,Word and PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Leadership and abilities for coaching

• Great compassion and interpersonal abilities.

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 along with career growth opportunities.
