Job Responsibilities :-

Preparing Offer Letters, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter Etc.

Screen Incoming Resumes and Application forms.
Coordinate with Consultants regarding Interviews schedule
Manage Team to do Work & their tasks
Having the Knowledge of Letters Drafting, Google Sheets  
Manage Salary Sheets, Attendance, Incentives, Bill Payments etc.
Handling Admin work as required

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

Good Knowledge of Payroll Management (PF, ESI, Labour laws Etc.)
