HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll processing, compliance, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters, etc.).

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.

• Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities.

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with company regulations.

3. Performance Management & Training:

• Assist in setting up performance review systems.

• Identify training and development needs for employees.

• Organize workshops, training programs, and skill development sessions.

4. Payroll & Compliance:

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and salary administration.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

• Maintain and update HR records, leave policies, and other documentation.

5. HR Operations & Administration:

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management.

• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles (freshers with HR internships may also apply).

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.).

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
