We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager from the retail industry to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HR functions in a fast-paced retail environment and handling a large workforce of 100+ employees.
Manage end-to-end HR operations for the retail business in Jaipur.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary issues.
Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and staff deployment across stores.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Conduct regular employee engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
Maintain employee records and generate periodic HR reports.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to resolve grievances.
Coordinate with store managers for manpower optimization and staff-related concerns.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the retail industry.
Proven ability to manage and support 100+ employees.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office suite.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
Prior experience in multi-store HR management.
Hindi and English communication proficiency.
Local candidates from Jaipur or nearby areas will be preferred.
