Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screenings.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and tracker sheets.

• Assist in employer branding initiatives (social media, job fairs, etc.).

• Provide daily/weekly reports on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or related discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
