• Community Relations: - Build and sustain positive community relationships and support CSR activities.

• Statutory Compliance: - Ensure adherence to labor laws (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.) and liaise with regulatory authorities.

• HR & ISO Audits: - Prepare for HR/ISO audits and conduct internal checks for compliance.

• Performance Management: - Oversee appraisals, support goal-setting, and address development needs.

• HR Operations: - Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and implement HR policies.
